About The Role :


Were establishing a new Quality Assurance & Client Relations function-focused on enabling our System Integrator partners to deliver flawless Oracle Cloud SCM implementations using Opkeys AI agents.


As an Oracle Cloud SCM - Customer Success & Quality Assurance Consultant, you will serve as the functional expert ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our AI-powered automation across the SCM lifecycle.


You will work directly with SI partners (not end clients), providing quality validation, technical guidance, and implementation best practices.


This role blends Oracle SCM functional expertise, AI-driven QA, and partner enablement. What Youll Work With - Opkeys AI Agent Ecosystem.


You will test, validate, and optimize five agentic AI systems :


- Configuration Agent - Automates config mapping & migration.


- Testing Agent - Self-configuring test scripts & pre-built libraries.


- Training Agent - Auto-generates guides & in-app prompts.


- Support Agent - Provides intelligent troubleshooting & RCA.


- PMO Agent - AI-driven project governance & workflow automation.


What Youll Do :


AI Agent Quality Assurance :


- Validate AI agent performance across Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.


- Test Configuration Agent for configuration mapping across modules.


- Validate Testing Agent for automated script generation in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, OM, Inventory, WMS, and related modules.


- Review Training Agent outputs for accuracy and business relevance.


- Validate Support Agents RCA insights for SCM processes.


- Perform architecture reviews, configuration checks, and milestone QA.


- Conduct go-live readiness and 30/60/90-day health assessments.


System Integrator Partnership & Enablement :


- Act as the trusted advisor for SI partners implementing Oracle Cloud SCM with Opkey.


- Deliver onboarding and training on Opkeys AI agents.


- Provide best practices on integrating Opkey into SI delivery methodologies.


- Strengthen relationships with partner teams and collect product feedback.


Implementation Support :


- Guide SI teams in using AI agents for requirements, fit-gap analysis, and configuration validation.


- Troubleshoot issues across Oracle SCM, Opkey platform, and AI agents.


- Validate integration points with Oracle SCM and third-party systems.


- Support process mining and observability insights.


Knowledge Management & Improvement :


- Contribute to implementation playbooks, training materials, and certification content.


- Identify patterns in agent performance for continuous optimization.


- Share insights to improve partner satisfaction and delivery outcomes.


Required :


What Were Looking For :


- 3+ years of Oracle Cloud SCM functional experience with 2+ end-to-end implementations.


- Expertise in two or more modules : Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Order Management, Inventory, Costing, WMS, PTM, or RMCS.


- Strong QA mindset with experience in testing (manual/automation/UAT).


- Exposure to test automation platforms (Opkey, Tricentis, etc.


- Ability to understand AI/ML concepts and automation workflows.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


- Bachelors degree in SCM, IT, Business, or related field.


- Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner engagements.


Preferred :


- Experience working with System Integrators (Big 4 or Oracle partners).


- Understanding of AI/ML, process mining, or observability tools.


- Oracle Cloud certifications.


- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and DevOps.


- Experience with integrations and middleware.
