Activities/Duties/Responsibilities :
As part of our Enterprise Systems team, we're seeking two Operations Functional Consultants with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will play a critical role in driving the optimization and digital transformation of our operational processes. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical teams to design, implement, and support robust operational processes and solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements, conduct gap/fit and translate into functional specifications in D365 F&O
- Configuration, testing, documentation, and implementation of D365 F&O Operations modules and processes including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Production (BOM/Routing), MRP etc.
- Provide end-user training and support post go-live
- Lead or collaborate with cross-functional teams on ERP projects
- Continuously optimize and enhance the functionalities of D365 F&O to improve business processes
- Work with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and performance
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O Operations modules.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain workflows.
- Experience with multi-site/multi-country implementations is a plus.
- Experience with requirement gathering and gap analysis.
- Experience with Project Management is a plus.
- Relevant Microsoft or transformation certifications (e.g., MB-330) are a plus.
Position Interfaces with : Other IT teams (regional + business applications), Project teams, IT vendors
Reports : Objectives, key results and achievement against them. Time forecasts and actual use of time.
