Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications :


Manage and fulfill E2E Testing engagement for Operations Automation covering BPM, RPA, ETL, and API integrations across CLIENT's Group Operations ecosystem.

1. Extensive QA Experience :


Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with at least 2 years in automation testing using RPA on BPM applications. Experience on banking domain within UAE region is highly preferred.

2. Domain Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of banking operations including Retail Finance, Payment Investigations, Card Maintenance, Chargebacks, and Bulk Payments. Familiarity with systems like Ethix, PRIME, SEDRA, and MPM Oracle is a plus.

3. Technical Proficiency :


- Hands-on experience with RPA tool : Blue Prism, BPM platforms (IBM), API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured), and ETL processes. Knowledge of SQL, microservices, and middleware integrations is essential.

4. Test Documentation :


- Skilled in preparing RTMs, test cases, test plans, test strategies, and closure reports. Ability to align test artifacts with business and technical requirements.

5. Testing Expertise :

- Proficient in SIT/UAT, functional, integration, and regression testing. Capable of validating STP workflows, rule-based automation, and system-based controls across front-end and back-end systems.

6. Defect & Requirement Management :


- Experienced in requirement analysis, gap analysis between BRD and FSD, defect tracking, triage meetings, and change request handling. Familiarity with tools like JIRA or HP ALM.

7. Deployment & Validation :


- Able to support application and bot deployments, validate financial transactions, and ensure seamless integration with APIs and BPM workflows.

8. Project & Environment Management :


- Capable of managing test environments, coordinating with IT for setup, and maintaining version control. Experience in phased delivery and post-live support planning.

9. Stakeholder Communication :

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with business owners, product managers, vendors, and tech leads. Able to document and present test results and defect status effectively.

10. Reporting & Metrics :

- Experienced in effort estimation, capacity planning, and preparing dashboards and status reports for senior management. Familiarity with ROI tracking and benefit realization metrics.

11. Governance & Compliance :


- Ensures adherence to security, audit, and regulatory standards. Supports UAT coordination, sign-off processes, and maintains testing documentation for governance.

12. Leadership & Mentoring :

- Demonstrated ability to lead small QA teams, mentor junior testers, and manage deliverables under tight timelines. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and agile environments.
