OpenWRT Engineer - Networking Solutions

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned OpenWRT Engineer to work on embedded router platforms and broadband networking solutions.

The role focuses on OpenWRT-based development, Layer 3 networking, and IP routing features for production-grade networking devices.

This position is ideal for engineers with strong C programming skills and deep knowledge of datacom protocols and embedded networking stacks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop features on OpenWRT-based router platforms

- Implement and enhance Layer 3 networking and datacom features

- Work on IP routing, NAT, firewall, and broadband networking modules

- Customize and optimize OpenWRT builds for performance and scalability

- Debug and resolve networking and system-level issues

- Collaborate with hardware, platform, and system integration teams

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenWRT

- Deep understanding of L3 networking concepts and datacom standards

- Excellent programming expertise in C language

Experience with :

- IP Routing

- NAT / Firewall

- RDK-B

- PON / Broadband networking

- Experience working on embedded Linux systems
