Role : OpenText xECM Administrator

We are looking for a skilled OpenText xECM Administrator with 5 to 9 years of experience to support enterprise content management solutions, primarily for SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and administration of OpenText xECM components and strong integration knowledge with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and administer OpenText xECM for SAP, Content Server, Archive Server, and OTDS (OpenText Directory Services).

- Perform upgrades of OpenText xECM solutions, particularly from version 20.x to 24.x.

- Deploy and manage OpenText components in containerized environments.

- Administer and troubleshoot OpenText Content Server and Archive Server, including Brava

suite configuration for markup and redaction.

- Develop and manage LiveReports and WebReports, including configuration, scheduling, and exporting reports to Excel via email.

- Configure Smart UI interfaces tailored to specific user roles.

- Design and implement metadata extraction processes using OCC/Enterprise Scan and manage category structures.

- Integrate OpenText solutions with SAP ECC and SAP HANA using API-based integration.

- Set up and manage SSO using OTDS, SAP-based document authorization, and business attachment handling.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the OpenText landscape.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with insurance domain content management workflows is an added advantage.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
