The OpenText VIM Solution Architect as a Techno-Functional expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions integrated with SAP systems.

This role will involve leading global implementations, create architecture designs, and ensure seamless integration with business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage project deliverables.

- Create and manage architecture design for OpenText VIM solutions.

- Install and configure VIM components, including IC4S, Archive Center/Server, and VIM workflows.

- Ensure integration of VIM solution with SAP modules (FI, MM, SD), Ariba and third-party systems.

Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead end-to-end VIM implementation project in S/4HANA

- Configuration of VIM for PO/non-PO invoices, tax compliance, and multi-country legal requirements.

- Configure OCR tool Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4S, CC4S)

- Provide techno-functional specifications for ABAP developments.

- Handle integration with Archiving, IC4S/CC4S, and Transport Management Systems (TMS).

- Support custom ABAP implementation and troubleshooting.

- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and scripts for Unit, SIT, and UAT.

- Conduct integration testing and manage cutover activities.

- Provide go-live and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Expertise :

- 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM solution design and implementation.

- Total experience 10+ years

- Strong knowledge of SAP FI, MM, and Accounts Payable processes.

- Hands-on experience with latest VIM versions (6.0 to 21.2), Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4S), and ArchiveLink (Archive Center).

- Ability to understand and write ABAP backend code for VIM customizations.

- Understanding of SAP infrastructure (S/4HANA, ECC, transports, debugging).

- Familiarity with networking, firewalls, SSL certificates for VIM infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of tax and legal compliance across multiple regions (LATAM, NA, EMEA, APAC).
