Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream SME to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Exstream (Dialogue/Empower) and a solid understanding of document generation, templates, and variable data printing.

Key Responsibilities :

- CCM Solution Senior developer/SME.

- As a consultant make best practice recommendations for technical and functional changes/upgrade/migration with respect to OT Exstream.

- Design and develop Exstream templates for high volume customer communications.

- Implement enhancements and support production documents.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.

- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of hands on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher preferred).

- Ability to setup OT Exstream deployment as a Cloud Native version.

- Good Understanding of Containerization concepts Dockers, Kubernetes.

- Proficiency in Composition Center, Empower.

- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping.

- Experience with batch and interactive processing.
