Job Description : OpenText Developer (Secure Link / Trusted Link / BizLink)

Position : OpenText Developer

Location : Remote

Experience : 7 - 12 years

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced OpenText Developer with expertise in at least one of the following : Secure Link, Trusted Link, or BizLink. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting B2B/EDI integration solutions using OpenText technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain OpenText integration solutions using Secure Link, Trusted Link, or BizLink.

- Manage end-to-end EDI integrations, ensuring data accuracy, secure transfer, and business process compliance.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and clients to gather requirements and design solutions.

- Configure and maintain trading partner setups, maps, and workflows.

- Ensure secure data exchange across internal and external business applications.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring SLA adherence.

- Provide technical documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer to support teams.

- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7-12 years of experience in OpenText development/integration.

- Hands-on expertise in any one of :

OpenText Secure Link.
OpenText Trusted Link.
OpenText BizLink.

- Strong knowledge of EDI, B2B integration, and data exchange protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTPS).

- Experience in mapping and transformation tools for data formats (X12, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, Flat files).

- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain integrations (Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Logistics).

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production support environment.

- Familiarity with ERP systems integration (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) is a plus.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of OpenText Trading Grid / Business Network.

- Cloud integration exposure (AWS, Azure).

- Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, or Java).

- Experience with workflow automation.
