Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Hypercare support and resolve issues post-implementation in collaboration with the Global Support (GS) team.

- Work with the GS team and core team to finalize the design and implementation of enhancements identified for the OpenText VIM solution.

- Conduct testing and documentation for all enhancements, changes, and fixes.

- Lead knowledge transfer sessions on OpenText VIM to the Global Support team.

- Collaborate with the core team to investigate production incidents and fix defects.

- Perform ad-hoc and project-based support tasks as needed to ensure system stability and improvements.

Key Desired Experience :

- Hands-on experience in at least 2 full implementations of OpenText VIM solutions, ideally in customized SAP environments.

- Strong understanding of the entire OpenText invoice process flow, from initiation through coding and approval.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA business suite highly desirable.

- Knowledge of ArchiveLink & IXOS interface for archiving or related repository technologies.

- Comfortable working on custom workflows for approvals (PO and Non-PO).

Technical & Functional Skills :

- Solid working knowledge of OpenText VIM configuration, enhancements, and reporting as part of SAP invoice automation.

- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate to technical/functional specifications.

- Experience working with SAP integration points such as FI (AP), MM (PO), and workflow.

- Knowledge of SAP ABAP/4 is desired (for understanding customizations or interacting with

developers).

- Prior exposure to ECM/xECM, Business Center Capture (BCC), ICC/OCR, or other OpenText ecosystem components is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education/professional experience.

- 5+ years of functional/technical experience in SAP/OpenText VIM implementation and support.

- Demonstrated ability to produce internal documentation both technical and functional.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organization, planning, and stakeholder collaboration capabilities.

Preferred :

- Consulting experience or exposure to large, distributed, matrix environments.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades involving OpenText VIM components.

- Understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization within invoice management
