Description :

As an OpenShift Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managingenterprise-level Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. The role demands deep technicalexpertise, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on experience in OpenShift clusteradministration and storage integration.

Experience :

- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Industry.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Kubernetes/OpenShift administration.

Keyskills :

- OpenShift/Kubernetes Administration, Cluster Deployment & Management (UPI/IPI), StorageIntegration (ODF/Ceph/NFS/SAN/NAS), Cluster Patching & Upgrades, Networking & SecurityConfiguration (OAuth/LDAP/AD), Helm, Operators, GitOps (ArgoCD), Bash/Python/AnsibleScripting, Logging & Monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/Loki/EFK), RBAC & Compliance, Linux(RHEL/CentOS), ITIL Processes

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Proven expertise in managing large-scale OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters at L3 level.

- Deep understanding of OpenShift deployments, post-deployment activities, and clusterlifecycle management.

- Experience with cluster upgrades, patching, scaling, and high-availability configurations.

- Troubleshooting complex issues across cluster, OS, network, and storage layers.

- Implementing security, RBAC, and compliance controls for enterprise OpenShiftenvironments.

- Hands-on experience with storage integration including block, file, and object storagesolutions.

- Automating operational workflows using Bash/Python scripting, Ansible, and GitOpspractices.

- Mentoring L1/L2 teams and maintaining accurate technical documentation.

- Participation in incident, change, and problem management processes.
