Position : L3 OpenShift PaaS Admin

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled OpenShift PaaS Admin with strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).

This role involves working on enterprise-scale PaaS environments, handling deployments, migrations, and platform administration across hybrid/cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage enterprise PaaS solutions using OpenShift

- Deploy and administer OpenShift (OCP 3.x to 4.x migrations)

- Work on RHCOS, Kubernetes, Docker, and container platforms

- Handle cluster management, networking, SDN, and security

- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and CI/CD pipelines

- Support application migration to containerized platforms

- Work across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud)

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field

- OpenShift Certification (Preferred)

- Cloud Certification (Preferred)

Experience Required :

- 10+ years in IT (Consulting/Admin roles)

- 6+ years hands-on OpenShift/Kubernetes

- Strong experience in Docker, CoreOS, CI/CD, Jenkins

- Experience with Ansible / DevOps / Microservices / Cloud
