We are hiring 2 OpenShift Migration Consultants with 6+ years of experience to work on-site in Chennai and lead the strategic migration of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) solutions to IBM OpenShift.

You will architect, design, and deliver cloud-native, secure, and scalable integration platforms on OpenShift, aligning with enterprise banking standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute migration of complex IIB solutions to IBM OpenShift

- Build and deploy cloud-native applications using OpenShift services and operators

- Evaluate application requirements and recommend OpenShift deployment models (on-prem, cloud, edge)

- Architect DevSecOps pipelines including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and metrics

- Provide architectural guidance across multiple banking applications and projects

- Ensure reusability of integration patterns, APIs, and components across teams

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and technical objectives

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of total IT experience

- Proven track record in migrating IBM IIB to OpenShift

- Expertise in OpenShift platform, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

- Strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns and tools

- Hands-on with DevSecOps practices : automation, security scanning, IAM, observability

- Experience in architectural evaluation, recommendation, and documentation

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain

- Red Hat OpenShift certifications

- Familiarity with IBM Cloud Pak for Integration, API Connect, MQ, DataPower on OpenShift

- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/ELK stack, Istio, OpenShift GitOps (ArgoCD)

Tech Stack :

- Integration : IBM IIB (legacy), API Connect, MQ, Cloud Pak for Integration

Education :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
