Description :


- Manage and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production and non-production environments.

- Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Ansible and scripting (Bash/Python).

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of OpenShift platforms.

- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and cluster health monitoring.

- Collaborate with DevOps, Application, and Cloud teams to support containerized deployments.

- Manage OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt) and integrate it with existing infrastructure.

- Configure and troubleshoot Linux servers, networking, and virtualization platforms (KVM/VMware).

- Utilize monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace.

- Respond to incidents and provide L2/L3 support as part of a 247 rotational shift.

- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills :


- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / System Administration.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with OpenShift (deployment, configuration, maintenance).

- Strong expertise in Ansible automation and Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS preferred).

- Production-level experience with OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt).

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation and configuration management.

- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware), and container orchestration.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Red Hat Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or OpenShift Administrator (EX280).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container security.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools.
