- As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a key leader in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure.

- You will be responsible for defining best practices, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers.

- This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, a passion for automation, and a proactive approach to system reliability and performance.

- You will act as the senior technical point of contact, bridging the gap between development teams and the CTO to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Responsibilities :


- Lead and architect the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google, and Azure.

- Define and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.

- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

- Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and security.

- Oversee and optimize our container orchestration platforms.

- Develop and maintain complex automation scripts and tools using Python, Shell, and host them internally.

- Manage and enhance our monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like AWS Cloudwatch, Jenkins.

- Lead the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.

- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure infrastructure needs are met and to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Work closely with teams to ensure compliances are followed.

Requirements :


- 5-10+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or SRE role, with a strong focus on AWS cloud environments.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

- Demonstrated experience with containerization and orchestration, specifically Docker.

- Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

- Deep understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2 RDS, S3 VPC, ECS, Lambda, Site to Site VPNs, and IAM.

- Advanced scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation and tool development.

- Demonstrated experience with monitoring and logging tools.

- Security mindset to manage and maintain an incrementally built, simple system.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered systems.
