Role Overview :

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Salesforce Cloud implementations.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions while working in a dynamic and agile remote environment.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Cloud capabilities

- Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages for high-performing user interfaces

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications/systems

- Manage Salesforce environments and perform administrative tasks including user management, workflows, and data security

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and testers to ensure successful solution delivery

- Optimize Salesforce solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices

- Provide support during deployments and resolve post-deployment issues

- Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations

- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning and reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 58 years of experience in Salesforce.com development

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization

- Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Apex Classes, and Triggers

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom objects

- Proficient in REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools

- Solid understanding of data models, security, and sharing rules in Salesforce

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setup

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist) are preferred
