Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Drive product strategy and execution for offerings in various healthcare products.

- Continuously analyze market trends, user feedback, and competitor activity to enhance product features and improve the user experience.

- Define and track key growth metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Implement strategies to reduce customer churn and improve user engagement across all product offerings.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements through product solutions.

- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align product initiatives with overall business goals.

- Lead the integration and adoption of internal tools for improving customer interaction and ensure seamless functionality across teams.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize the use of technology in customer engagement.

- Collaborate with external partners to leverage synergies and integrate their offerings seamlessly into the platform.

- Manage relationships with partners and ensure value delivery through product integrations.

- Use analytics to inform product decisions, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.

- Present insights and recommendations to leadership for data-backed decision-making.

What you'll need :


- 6+ years of experience in product management, or 8+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in a technical role.

- Proven ability to conceptualize and manage products across their lifecycle, from ideation to execution.

- Experience with customer-facing tools, internal workflow solutions, and third-party integrations.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product improvements.

- Proficiency in using data visualization and tracking tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PowerBI, or Tableau.

- Understanding of APIs, data flows, and technology stacks to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a user-first approach.

- Experience in optimizing workflows and improving operational processes for business stakeholders.

- Familiarity with tools like Exotel, CRM systems, and customer engagement platforms.

- Track record of working on growth initiatives and improving customer retention metrics.

- Ability to innovate and experiment with strategies to drive business growth.

- Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, or tech-based consumer products is a plus
