As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that enhance our business operations and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce implementations, including integrations with other systems and applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce configurations.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce applications.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and integrations.

- Education Cloud and Salesforce Einstein, service cloud and data cloud.

Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce administration.

- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Education Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development.
