Role Description :

As the Director of AI, you will :

- Define and lead AI strategy across business functions.

- Drive deployment of advanced AI solutions, including ML, NLP, GenAI & computer vision.

- Build and scale cross-functional AI and data teams.

- Lead AI governance and responsible AI practices.

- Collaborate with tech, product, and business teams to integrate AI into real-world use cases.

- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and measurable impact.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles.

- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI/GenAI initiatives.

- Deep expertise in ML, NLP, GenAI frameworks, and AI tooling.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI with organizational goals.

- Experience in managing diverse, cross-functional global teams.

- Advanced degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field (Masters/PhD preferred).
