About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior React Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, along with experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces and contribute to architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain complex, high-performance web applications using React.js.

- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.

- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI.

- Optimize components for maximum performance across a wide range of devices and browsers.

- Collaborate with backend developers and web designers to improve usability.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in front-end technologies and best practices.

- Implement best practices in code quality, performance, and security.

- Take ownership of technical challenges and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 4+ years working

specifically with React.js.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

- Experience with TypeScript and modern state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or

Context API.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

- Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn and build tools.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, etc.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with Next.js or SSR (Server-Side Rendering).

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.

- Basic knowledge of backend (Node.js, Express, or similar).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
