Mandatory Criteria (Must-Haves) :

- 1-3 years of experience in React Native.

- Strong expertise in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Toolkit, etc.).

- Must have Debugging & Testing skills.

- Experience with End-to-End development (Code to Deployment).

- Candidates only from Product-based companies (Startups, E-commerce, Gaming, Mobile App Development).

- Not eligible : Service-based company backgrounds.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native/Expo.

- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Optimize apps for performance and responsiveness across devices.

- Integrate apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile app development.

- Participate in code reviews, brainstorming, and team discussions.

Requirements :

- Proven track record of handling moderate to complex product use-cases.

- Solid understanding of performance optimization, security, and user experience best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
