Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our high-performance software products. This is a full-time, remote position for experienced testers who are comfortable with both manual and AI-powered testing methodologies.

About the Role :

This is a full-time, remote position for experienced testers with 2 4 years of experience. The salary is ?3 ?5 LPA plus a weekly performance bonus.

- Strong Manual Testing Skills : The ability to write detailed test cases, perform regression testing, and ensure high product quality.

- AI Tools Expertise : Hands-on experience using AI-powered testing tools like Testim, Mabl, LambdaTest AI, or similar platforms.

- Bug Tracking & Reporting : Proficiency in documenting issues clearly and collaborating with developers for quick resolutions.

- Ownership & Proactivity : A person who takes full responsibility for quality and meeting deadlines.

- Agile Team Player : Comfort working in an iterative product environment with frequent releases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and execute detailed test cases for every module before release.

- Utilize AI-based testing tools to accelerate regression and automation testing.

- Perform functional, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality product delivery.

- Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Asana.

- Conduct basic API testing with tools such as Postman.

- Collaborate with developers and product managers to achieve zero-bug releases.

- Continuously explore new AI testing solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Must-Have Skills :

- Manual Testing Expertise : Test case preparation, execution, and bug reporting.

- AI Testing Tools : Experience with Testim, Mabl, LambdaTest AI, or similar.

- Bug Tracking Tools : Proficiency with Jira, Asana, or other project management tools.

- API Testing : Working knowledge of Postman or similar tools.

- Basic Automation Knowledge : Understanding of Selenium or Playwright.

- Agile Methodology Experience : Familiar with sprints, daily stand-ups, and iterative releases.

Performance-Driven Culture :

- 3-Month Probation Period : Your skills will be validated through milestone-based tasks. Performance will be monitored based on test case coverage and bug-free releases. Successful completion leads to a permanent role.

- Weekly Bonus Structure : Earn an additional 2.5% bonus on task value for every weekly milestone successfully deployed LIVE without bugs.

Interview Process :

- HR Screening : A brief introductory call to discuss your background.

- Technical Verbal Interview : A discussion on your manual testing skills, AI tool usage, and real-world testing scenarios.

- Practical Test : You will be given a module to prepare and execute test cases, including AI-based suggestions.

- Final Round : A one-on-one technical evaluation with our Technical Head to review your test cases and overall approach.
