Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Application Developer to join our growing team in Pune/Mumbai. As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver outstanding software applications that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality web or mobile applications.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and application errors.

- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and database systems.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Contribute to the full software development life cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 1-5 years of hands-on experience in application development.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or Kotlin.

- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Spring Boot, Django, Node.js).

- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

- Exposure to mobile development (Android/iOS or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter/React Native).
