Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled One Identity Developer with strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for development, implementation, customization, and support of One Identity solutions to meet organizational security and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement One Identity IAM solutions based on business and security requirements.

- Gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical design and workflows.

- Develop connectors, LCM events, and workflows using One Identity.

- Install, configure, customize, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.

- Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of One Identity products.

- Implement user aggregation and provisioning using various connectors.

- Participate in system upgrades including planning, execution, and stabilization.

- Develop and maintain audit reports, templates, and ad-hoc reports for compliance requirements such as SOX, PCI, and CPNI.

- Deploy code changes in UAT and Production environments as part of the SDLC process.

- Monitor system performance and ensure SLA compliance.

- Manage source code, builds, and documentation for governance and reporting.

- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement root cause analysis and resolution.

- Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to business stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with One Identity IAM technologies and solutions.

- Hands-on experience with Identity Provisioning and Governance tools.

- Experience in connector development, workflows, and LCM events.

- Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, CPNI).

- Experience with One Identity implementation, administration, and upgrades.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with One Identity technologies.

- Strong Java development background and scripting experience.

- Experience in One Identity Administration and implementation/upgrade projects.
