Role Overview :

As a Hiring Tech Lead / Lead Developer, you will spearhead the design and implementation of core backend systems that form the backbone of our AI-driven products. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-availability technical architectures. This role is pivotal in ensuring our platform remains performant and scalable, directly influencing the efficiency of our client-facing applications and the overall reliability of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance backend services using Java and J2EE to ensure seamless integration with our AI modules.

- Lead the migration and management of monolithic applications into a robust Microservices Architecture to improve system modularity and deployment speed.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes to ensure optimal resource utilization and high availability across our production environments.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and establishing best practices in software craftsmanship to elevate the team's technical standards.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that our software development lifecycle aligns with long-term business objectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance bottlenecks in distributed systems to maintain a superior user experience for our enterprise clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, and the Spring framework, with a deep understanding of design patterns and clean code principles.

- Proven ability to design and maintain scalable Microservices Architecture, including experience with service discovery, inter-service communication, and distributed data management.

- Hands-on experience in deploying and managing containerized workloads within Kubernetes clusters, including configuration of CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 5 to 20 years of professional software development experience.

- High adaptability to an on-site work environment in Delhi, with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges in a fast-paced, startup-oriented culture.
