Role Overview :

As a Technical Architect, you will serve as the primary bridge between high - level business requirements and complex technical execution. You will lead the design and implementation of large - scale systems, ensuring that our infrastructure remains performant, secure, and maintainable. This role involves collaborating closely with product managers, engineering teams, and key stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps. You will be instrumental in shaping the architectural standards of the organization, directly influencing the reliability and efficiency of our core product offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and oversee the implementation of complex, high - availability microservices architectures to ensure seamless system performance.

- Define enterprise - level architectural standards and best practices to maintain code quality and system scalability across all product lines.

- Lead technical design reviews and provide mentorship to engineering teams to foster a culture of rigorous design thinking and problem - solving.

- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into the existing stack to maintain a competitive edge in product functionality and performance.

- Partner with cross - functional leadership to align technical strategy with long - term business objectives and customer requirements.

Required Skill set :

- Possess a deep understanding of Java - based ecosystems and the ability to architect complex enterprise - grade applications from the ground up.

- Demonstrate mastery in applying advanced design patterns to solve intricate software engineering challenges and improve system modularity.

- Exhibit strong technical leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of guiding engineering teams through complex project lifecycles.

- Hold a degree from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/DTU), reflecting a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and analytical thinking.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non - technical stakeholders to drive consensus and project success.

- Bring 5 to 20 years of hands - on experience in designing and deploying scalable software solutions in a fast - paced environment.

- Adapt seamlessly to an on site work environment in Delhi NCR, maintaining high productivity and collaborative engagement.

- Excellent knowledge of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.

- Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging technologies.

Qualification :

- B.Tech/B.E. from IIT/NIT/DTU - Mandatory
