Open Position : Tech Lead / Founding Product Engineer (AI-First Product Builder)

Location : Delhi NCR (On-Site Only)

What You'll Build :

You will help build the core platform behind our Vertical Agentic AI Operating System, enabling enterprises to automate and optimize highly complex workflows through autonomous AI agents.

What We're Looking For :

- IIT graduates with exceptional academic and technical achievements.

- 5-20 years of software engineering experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, Kubernetes, AWS, and Full-Stack Development.

- Strong architecture and system design capabilities.

- Builders who use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms extensively.

- Individuals who can deliver in days what traditionally takes teams weeks or months.
