Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) Developer

- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) Developer to design, develop, and implement robust solutions on the Salesforce OMS Cloud.

- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.

- Ensure the best possible quality of the application.

- Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (should be a confident self-starter).

Key Responsibilities :

Order Management Implementation :

- Develop, enhance and configure Salesforce Order Management functionalities.

- Ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.

Solution Design and Development :

- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements

- Design and develop customized solutions for Salesforce Order Management using Flow Builder,

- Apex classes, Flow, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

System Maintenance and Support :

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce OMS.

- Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within the platform.

- Stay updated with current Salesforce updates, features, and best practices.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Salesforce development, including Flow Builder, Apex, Batch Apex, Asynchronous Apex (Future & Queueable), Triggers and Visualforce.

- Lightning Web Components and Aura Components.

- Salesforce Data Loader and Omnichannel Inventory (OCI).

- Good experience with Salesforce integration mechanisms and APIs (REST/SOAP).

- Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g. , managing users, security controls and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Order Management features and best practices.

Additional Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Work experience on Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.

- Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Associate OMS

Cloud Developer are a plus.
