Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead - Cloud and Data who will own end-to-end feature implementation for critical workstreams and collaborate closely with our US-based architects, tech leads, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership, ensure best engineering practices, and drive high-quality solution delivery in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and deliver end-to-end feature implementation for assigned workstreams.

- Collaborate closely with US-based architects, technology leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Provide technical leadership and oversight across design and code reviews.

- Ensure engineering best practices, scalability, and performance standards are consistently followed.

- Lead and contribute to cloud-native solution design and development.

- Work effectively in cross-geo environments to align design, implementation, and delivery goals.

- Design and implement automated tests within a cloud environment to ensure high quality and resilience.

- Support DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation initiatives.

Must-Have Technical Skills :(Java + Python + AWS Lambda + ETL + Kafka)

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud-native services such as Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, SNS, etc.

- Advanced proficiency in Python and Java for ETL, API development, and Kafka-based systems.

- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform.

- Expertise in Event Streaming using Confluent Kafka.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Proven experience working in distributed, cross-geo engineering environments.

- Experience designing and implementing automated tests in cloud environments.

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills :

- Experience with AWS Fargate.

- Knowledge of Aurora, DynamoDB, and Redshift.

- Experience designing cross-region, highly available architectures.

- Understanding of data privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
