About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in AWS and expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and environment infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles and will play a key role in building and managing development, staging, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure for scalable, high-availability systems.

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for multiple projects.

- Deploy and maintain centralized logging (ELK stack) and free APM tools to ensure deep observability.

- Implement and manage alerting and monitoring systems for proactive issue detection and resolution.

- Support developers and QA by maintaining reliable development, staging, and production environments.

- Automate operational tasks to improve system reliability and developer productivity.

- Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization across all environments.

Must-Have Skills :

- AWS expertise (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).

- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of Jenkins pipelines and automation.

- Proven experience in setting up and maintaining the ELK stack.

- Familiarity with free/open-source APM tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry).

- Expertise in alerting & monitoring solutions.

- Experience supporting and managing multiple environments (dev, staging, production).

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).

- Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).

- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent).

- Understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices.
