- UI Design & Visual Craftsmanship

- Lead the creation of pixel-perfect UI designs for web and mobile products.

- Translate product requirements, user flows, and wireframes into high-fidelity UI mockups.

- Develop visually engaging designs using typography, iconography, color theory, and layout best practices.

- Ensure consistent application of design patterns and brand guidelines across all interfaces.

- Design System Development

- Build, manage, and scale the design system for cross-platform consistency.

- Create reusable UI components, style guides, and visual patterns for engineering teams.

- Maintain version control and documentation for UI libraries.

- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Developers to refine features and deliver seamless user experiences.

- Participate in design reviews, feasibility discussions, and sprint planning activities.

- Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

- Prototyping & Interaction Design

- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design intent and validate user flows.

- Contribute to micro-interaction design, motion design, and transitions for enhanced usability.

- User-Centered Design Implementation

- Collaborate with UX teams to interpret research findings into practical UI solutions.

- Use A/B tests, user insights, and analytics to iterate on UI designs.

- Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are implemented in design deliverables.

- Quality Assurance & Delivery

- Conduct design handoffs to development teams with complete assets, specs, and documentation.

- Perform design QA during development sprints to ensure fidelity to UI guidelines.

- Continuously refine designs based on feedback, performance insights, and user behavior patterns.

Requirements :

Education & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in UI/Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, modern UI work.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Strong understanding of responsive design, component-based design, and interaction patterns.

- Knowledge of design systems, prototyping tools, and asset delivery workflows.

- Experience working closely with frontend engineers and understanding technical constraints.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS frameworks is an added advantage
