Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) Developer to design, develop, and maintain identity management solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in VB.NET and a good understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom components using VB.NET within the OIM framework

- Work on OIM connectors, workflows, and provisioning/de-provisioning processes

- Customize OIM forms, approval workflows, and event handlers

- Integrate OIM with external applications for user lifecycle management

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OIM and identity workflows

- Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and implementation

- Prepare technical documentation and maintain system configuration details

- Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure compliance with identity management policies

Required Skills :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in VB.NET

- Good knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) development and customization

- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes

- Experience in OIM connectors, API integrations, and workflows

- Knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL for database operations

- Good debugging and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with Java, JSP, or XML

- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, or Single Sign-On (SSO) systems

- Exposure to OAM (Oracle Access Manager) or similar IAM tools

- Understanding of security compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.)
