Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in FCCM (Financial Crime & Compliance Management), AML modules, and SQL development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting OFSAA solutions to meet compliance and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Implementation & Development :

- Install, configure, and customize OFSAA, specifically FCCM and AML modules.

- Develop and enhance components in OFSAA AML, including KYC, Watchlist Management, CTR/STR, and Sanctions modules.

- Perform SQL and PL/SQL development, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and building stored procedures/functions.

- Work on ETL processes, data mapping, and integration with upstream/downstream systems.

Solution Design & Support :

- Analyze business and compliance requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop technical design documents, mappings, workflows, and configuration scripts.

- Support AML model deployment, parameter tuning, and scenario configuration.

- Troubleshoot issues related to data load, AML scenarios, alerts, and case management.

Testing & Deployment :

- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for OFSAA FCCM modules.

- Execute deployment activities and ensure smooth migration across environments.

Maintenance & Optimization :

- Monitor daily batch jobs, data loads, and AML alert generation cycles.

- Provide production support, incident resolution, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in OFSAA FCCM, AML modules, and scenario configuration.

- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and database debugging.

- Good understanding of RDBMS (Oracle preferred).

- Experience with OFSAA Infrastructure, DIH (Data Integration Hub), and metadata configuration (good to have).

- Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting (added advantage).

- Experience integrating OFSAA with third-party systems via APIs, files, or ETL tools.

Domain Knowledge :

- Solid understanding of AML processes, regulatory compliance workflows, transaction monitoring, KYC, and risk scoring.

- Hands-on experience with FCCM components such as :

1. Customer Due Diligence (CDD)

2. Transaction Monitoring

3. Case Management

4. Watchlist Screening
