About the Role :

We're looking for a Full stack Developer who's excited about building intuitive, and high impact digital products. You'll work across both frontend and backend, developing solutions for the procurement and design & build (D&B) domains - complex workflows that require seamless user experience. If you enjoy solving real-world problems, breaking down complex systems, and turning ideas into reliable products across web/mobile platforms, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do :

- Build and maintain scalable FE/BE applications across web platforms

- Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js and NestJS

- Create responsive UI experiences using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS

- Work with Postgres, Docker, and AWS services for application deployment and management

- Implement secure authentication and authorization flows using JWT/OAuth

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features

What We're Looking For :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in fullstack development

- Strong understanding of both frontend and backend architecture

- Hands-on experience with Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript

- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and scalable system design

- Familiarity with Docker, AWS basics, and CI/CD workflows

- Strong problem-solving mindset with ownership-driven execution

Bonus Points :

- Experience with React Native or mobile app development

- Exposure to AI/ML-based products or integrations

- Working knowledge of Python for automation or backend development

- Familiarity with performance optimisation, monitoring, and logging tools
