Galaxy Weblinks is looking for an experienced Odoo Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Odoo development, customization, integrations, and technical architecture. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading Odoo development initiatives and guiding technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Odoo Development & Architecture :

- Lead end-to-end Odoo development, customization, and implementation projects.

- Develop and customize Odoo Community and/or Enterprise modules.

- Design scalable and maintainable Odoo solutions based on business requirements.

- Review code, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using REST APIs and web services.

Team & Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor Odoo developers and provide technical guidance.

- Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in architecture discussions, estimations, and technical planning.

- Ensure development best practices, documentation, and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in Odoo development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.

- Experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing (MRP), CRM, and HRMS.

- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, customization, integrations, and APIs.

- Experience in technical team leadership.

- Good problem-solving and client communication skills.

- Experience with Odoo migration, Docker, Git, or cloud deployments is a plus.
