About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules, with a solid understanding of business processes and technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy new Odoo modules and custom functionalities.

- Customize and maintain existing Odoo modules based on business requirements.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Odoo performance and code quality.

- Work closely with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and maintain version control (Git).

- Prepare technical documentation for developed features and solutions.

- Support upgrades and migrations between Odoo versions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo (v13 or above).

- Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL.

- Experience with Odoo ORM, API integration, and module development.

- Familiarity with Linux environments and server deployment.

- Understanding of business flows like Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Purchase.

- Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Odoo.sh or Docker deployments.

- Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React/Vue/OWL).

- Contribution to Odoo Community or open-source projects.

- Certification or proven expertise in Odoo Enterprise editions.
