Key Responsibilities :

- Looking for Odoo Developer who will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining the companys Odoo ERP system.

- The developer will create new modules, modify existing features, and ensure smooth integration of Odoo with other applications, including mobile apps.

- Develop and customize Odoo modules based on company requirements.

- Build mobile-friendly features for Training, Quality, HR, and Operations.

- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and mobile applications.

- Design workflows, dashboards, user roles, and automated processes.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve system performance.

- Support upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new versions.

- Work with HR, Admin, Training, and Quality teams to gather requirements.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement clean and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across different devices and screen sizes.

- Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs and services, ensuring data exchange and authentication.

- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to identify and resolve issues.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

- Document app architecture, code functionality, and API usage for future reference and collaboration.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React Native and mobile app development.

- Continuously improve skills, learn new technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of Python, Odoo framework, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.

- Experience in developing custom Odoo apps and ERP workflows.

- Understanding of API integration and Odoo mobile development.

- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Problem-solving and system optimization skills.
