Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced and driven Offshore Odoo Developers to join our team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and testing code within the Odoo ecosystem to support significant growth and the comprehensive development of the company. Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors related to Odoo applications.

- Develop solutions for clients across various industries, sectors, and company sizes.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Odoo solutions.

- Collaborate with the external Odoo community to contribute to open-source projects.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 to 7 year of experience as an Odoo Developer.

- Strong knowledge of the Odoo framework.

- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

- Experience with PostgreSQL (with Object Relational Mapping).

- Object-oriented programming and relational database knowledge.

- Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Passion for development and a quick, autonomous learner.

- Ability to read and write in English effectively.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in enterprise application development.

- Techno-functional expertise in Odoo modules (CRM, Workflows, Report Engine, BI, etc.).

- Experience working with Linux environments.
