Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Odoo Consultant with deep functional and technical expertise across multiple Odoo modules.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong solution architecture capabilities, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead and deliver end-to-end Odoo implementations.

This role requires active collaboration with clients, cross-functional teams, and development resources to design, configure, optimize, and deploy Odoo-based business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Odoo Implementation & Solution Design :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, CRM, HRMS, Manufacturing, and others as required.

- Conduct detailed business process analysis and gather functional requirements to map them into scalable Odoo solutions.

- Design and architect Odoo-based workflows, data models, and integrations aligned with client objectives.

- Prepare technical and functional specifications, solution documents, and configuration blueprints.

Customization, Development & Technical Oversight :

- Coordinate with development teams to create custom modules, enhance existing functionalities, and fine-tune system behavior.

- Ensure all technical developments follow Odoo best practices, modular architecture principles, and performance standards.

- Provide expertise in code reviews, version control (Git), CI/CD automation, and DevOps pipelines.

- Collaborate with developers on frontend customizations using JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, and CSS when required.

Project Management & Client Engagement :

- Lead project planning, effort estimation, sprint allocation, and delivery tracking.

- Manage client communication, expectations, issues, and escalations efficiently.

- Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and system handover activities.

- Prepare and deliver project status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics.

Integration & Data Migration :

- Design and oversee API integrations between Odoo and third-party systems including payment gateways, CRM, POS, eCommerce, and BI tools.

- Manage data migration including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading into Odoo.

- Validate data integrity and ensure correct mapping across modules.

Support & Continuous Improvement :

- Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot functional/technical issues, and ensure system stability.

- Recommend best practices, workflow enhancements, and process automation opportunities.

- Stay updated with new Odoo releases, security patches, and module enhancements.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Strong architectural and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into robust Odoo solutions.

- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, clients, and full-cycle Odoo implementation projects.

- Proficiency in handling project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.

- Strong understanding of code versioning tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.

- Knowledge of frontend technologies including JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, and CSS is an added advantage.

- Odoo certifications are highly preferred and will be considered a strong differentiator.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with enterprise-level Odoo deployments.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools.

- Knowledge of PostgreSQL database optimization and Odoo performance tuning.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to create technical documentation, SOPs, and training artifacts
