Role Objective :

As the SAP Techno Functional Lead, you will be the strategic link between the Business Units (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) and the IT department. With 8+ years of experience, you will lead the IT side support and enhancement roadmap, ensuring the SAP landscape evolves to meet changing market demands while maintaining a "Clean Core."

On a typical day you will drive the following :

- Business Process Advisory : Conduct workshops with department heads to identify process bottlenecks and propose SAP-driven automations or standardizations.

- Enhancement Pipeline Management : Lead the Change Request (CR) process, from initial business case and ROI analysis to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final sign-off.

- Solution Design & Governance : Ensure all technical enhancements (ABAP, Fiori, BTP) align with functional business rules and don't compromise future upgrade paths.

- Data Stewardship : Oversee master data governance and business intelligence reporting (SAC/BW) to ensure "one version of the truth" for executive decision-making.

- Vendor & IT Liaison : Manage the relationship with external AMS (Application Management Services) providers and internal IT to ensure SLAs are met and technical debt is minimized.

- Operational Excellence : Lead the training strategy for "Super Users" and develop business-centric documentation/SOPs.

- Manage and upkeep the interfaces with external systems.

You will bring the following to the table :

- Bachelor/Master's degree in engineering, IT, or related discipline.

- 8+ Years Experience : A proven track record in SAP support environments, specifically moving from a Consultant to a Lead/Managerial role.

- Process Knowledge : Ability in end-to-end business cycles (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).

- Technical Literacy : Ability to read/debug ABAP code, understand HANA views, and evaluate BTP extensions without needing to be a full-time developer.

- Change Management : Experience in PROSCI or similar methodologies to manage the human side of SAP process changes.

- Project Governance : Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) or SAP Cloud ALM for managing the lifecycle of enhancements.

- FIORI : UI5 developments and customizations and support for Transactional and Analytical Apps.

Preferred Certification :

- SAP Certified Application Associate

- Relevant SAP S/4HANA Certification

- Willingness to support on-call rotations, weekend maintenance, and critical cutover activities when needed.

- Delivering high-quality, performance-optimized Analytical solutions under pressure

- Proactively finding and solving sales and procurement and inventory issues

- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
