Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments and can work independently while collaborating closely with product managers and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, particularly in areas such as Service Portal or Seismic portals, and be proficient in building scalable, user-friendly, and maintainable solutions. Strong programming capabilities, architectural understanding, and a keen business acumen are essential.

Key Requirements :

Extensive Experience :

- A minimum of 10 years of total professional experience in IT or software development roles.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, configuration, and deployment of custom applications and workflows.

ServiceNow Platform Expertise :

- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow architecture, including scripting (both client-side and server-side), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and performance optimization.

Portal Development Experience :

- Ability to design intuitive, user-friendly front-end experiences aligned with business requirements and branding guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

- Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.

- Strong experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and/or Seismic portals building widgets, customizing UIs, and integrating external data sources.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex tasks without supervision.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
