Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Python Architect / Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Django Framework, and enterprise application architecture. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while providing architectural leadership across projects.

The role requires a combination of :

- Hands-on Python development,

- Solution architecture,

- System design,

- Cloud-native application architecture,

- API/microservices expertise,

- Technical leadership.

The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, DevOps, and product teams to design and implement enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable enterprise applications using Python and Django.

- Define end-to-end solution architecture for web, API, and microservices-based applications.

- Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and implementation strategies.

- Provide hands-on development support in Python and Django frameworks.

- Design RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, and distributed systems.

- Build secure, scalable, and high-performing backend architectures.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Define coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

- Drive cloud-native architecture initiatives on AWS/Azure/GCP.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Mentor development teams and guide junior/mid-level engineers.

- Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.

- Participate in estimation, planning, risk assessment, and technical governance.

- Ensure application security, compliance, and architecture standards.

- Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews.

- Support production troubleshooting and performance tuning activities.

Required Skills :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming

- Extensive experience with Django Framework

- Experience in designing scalable backend architectures

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices architecture

- Experience with FastAPI/Flask is an added advantage

- Expertise in system design and solution architecture

- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB databases

- Strong understanding of caching technologies like Redis

- Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ/Kafka

- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Experience in authentication/security mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, SSO)

- Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalability

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
