Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Operations Technical Analyst IV experienced in BlackLine and System Administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the BlackLine platform, supporting users, maintaining system configurations and master data, and ensuring efficient reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the BlackLine System Administration team, providing guidance, mentoring, and operational support.

- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the BlackLine platform, including system settings, user permissions, and access controls.

- Manage the complete user lifecycle, including user onboarding, profile updates, access management, and account deactivation.

- Maintain accurate BlackLine master data, including charts of accounts and mapping tables, through regular audits and validation checks.

- Provide user support, troubleshoot BlackLine-related issues, and ensure timely resolution of access and functionality concerns.

- Configure and manage BlackLine workflows, including reconciliation processes, in-transit runs, and related workflows.

- Develop and maintain BlackLine reports to track reconciliation KPIs, completion status, outstanding actions, and process efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and security standards within the BlackLine environment.

- Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing guidance on BlackLine functionalities, processes, and best practices.

- Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of system administration activities.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience working with BlackLine.

- 5+ years of experience in System Administration.

- Strong understanding of BlackLine configuration, workflows, user administration, and reconciliation processes.

- Experience with master data management, reporting, and user support.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team management skills.
