Job Description

Note : If shortlisted, you will be invited for initial rounds on 6th December'25 (Saturday) in Bangalore


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using UFT.


- Execute automation test suites and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.


- Create and manage automation frameworks adhering to industry best practices.


- Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to ensure requirement clarity and test coverage.


- Perform manual test execution when required and contribute to test case creation and review.


- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple systems.


- Maintain test data, test environments, and contribute to continuous testing improvements.


- Document defects clearly and work closely with developers for issue resolution.


- Prepare test reports, metrics, and automation documentation for stakeholders.


Skills & Qualifications :


Must-Have Skills :


- 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing.


- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with UFT (Unified Functional Testing).


- Strong proficiency in VB Scripting.


- Good understanding of SQL basics for backend validation.


- Experience working with automation frameworks (data-driven, keyword-driven, hybrid, etc.).


- Knowledge of manual testing concepts, test planning, and test case design.


- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.


- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Good to Have :


- Experience integrating UFT scripts with CI/CD tools.


- Exposure to ALM, Jira, or other test management tools.


- Basic understanding of API testing.


Education :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred).
