Work Timing : Flexible working hours (2 PM to 11 PM IST)

Mandatory Availability : 6 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 PM IST to collaborate with the client team

Work Culture : Hybrid (2 Days Office)

- Event Management : Aggregates and correlates events from monitoring tools.

- Operational Intelligence : Uses machine learning to detect anomalies and predict issues.

- Cloud Management : Manages cloud resources and automation.

Key Skills :

- ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping

- CMDB (Configuration Management Database) design and maintenance

- Event Management and Operational Intelligence

- MID Server configuration and troubleshooting

- Integration using REST/SOAP APIs

- Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Performance Analytics and Dashboards
