Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Application and Infrastructure support for Contact Centre environments.
- Act as a single point of contact between project teams and external/internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of project plans including scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage and troubleshoot user-level issues related to :
- Microsoft Windows (Windows 11)
- Microsoft O365 and Outlook configuration
- LAN/Internet connectivity
- Hardware and peripheral issues (printers, desktops, laptops)
- Software patches and updates
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
- Resolve local and network printer issues.
- Coordinate with OEMs or service providers for technical issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth IT infrastructure functioning at the clients site.
- Maintain and update ticketing system and ensure timely closure of assigned tickets.
- Work closely with internal IT and support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Required Skills :
- Hands-on experience in Windows 11 OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Internet, LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software/network issues.
- Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
