Nutrabay - Technical Lead - Frontend & Backend Technologies

- Experience working in cloud environments (preferably AWS) with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-performance systems.

- Passion for building fast, reliable, and customer-centric platforms at scale.

- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on business impact, not just code.

- Prefer working only on frontend or backend this is a truly end-to-end full stack role.

- Are not comfortable with hands-on coding while leading a team.

- Dont enjoy collaborating closely with design, product, and QA teams.

Skills Required :

- Frontend : React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Redux, TailwindCSS.

- Backend : Python, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, REST APIs.

- Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch.

- Infrastructure : AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS), Docker, Kubernetes, NGINX.

- Versioning & CI/CD : Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Terraform.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, Kafka (event-driven design), and system monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).

What will you do :

- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of new product features and services.

- Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure systems powering Nutrabays e-commerce platform.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

- Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code quality, and peer reviews.

- Optimize performance, caching, and database queries to ensure low latency and high throughput.

- Own the full development lifecycle from technical design to release management.

- Lead a small team of developers, driving execution, mentorship, and delivery quality.

- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with DevOps for monitoring and reliability improvements.

- Contribute to architectural discussions, long-term tech strategy, and roadmap planning.

Work Experience :

- 6+ years of total experience in software development.

- 1+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.

- Experience working on high-traffic consumer-facing or e-commerce platforms preferred.
