- Senior Frontend Engineer (SDE-III)

You should apply if you have :

- Exposure to React Native for building or maintaining cross-platform mobile applications is a strong plus.

- Experience working in cloud-based environments (preferably AWS) and collaborating within CI/CD-driven teams.

- A product mindset with a strong focus on performance, usability, accessibility, and business impact.

You should not apply if you :

- Prefer working only on UI implementation without caring about architecture or long-term maintainability.

Skills Required :

Frontend :

- React.js, Next.js

- TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)

- State management (Redux / Context / React Query)

- TailwindCSS / CSS-in-JS / modern CSS practices

- Web performance optimization, SEO, accessibility (a11y)

Mobile (Good to Have) :

- React Native

- Experience sharing logic/components between web and mobile apps

Integration & Tooling :

- REST API integration and frontend-backend coordination

- Git, Bitbucket

- CI/CD pipelines (working knowledge)

- Basic understanding of Dockerized environments

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture

- Understanding of monitoring tools and frontend observability

- Exposure to e-commerce or high-traffic consumer platforms

What will you do?

- Lead frontend architecture, design, and development of key product features.

- Own the end-to-end frontend lifecycle from technical design to deployment and post-release improvements.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to convert business requirements into high-quality user experiences.

- Define and enforce frontend best practices, including component design, state management, performance, and testing.

- Drive code reviews, technical discussions, and mentorship within the frontend team.

- Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, caching, and API usage for low-latency, high-throughput experiences.

- Work with backend and DevOps teams to ensure smooth releases and production stability.

- Contribute to long-term frontend strategy, tooling decisions, and roadmap planning.

- Help scale frontend systems as the platform and user base grow.

Work Experience :

- 5 to 7+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development with a strong frontend focus.

- 1+ years in a senior individual contributor role (SDE-III) or technical leadership capacity.

- Experience building consumer-facing, high-traffic, or e-commerce platforms preferred.

- Prior exposure to mobile applications (React Native) is a plus.
