About Us :

We are a high-intensity startup building cutting-edge software solutions, and we're looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to drive our core product development.

You will be managing a fast-paced team of up to 10 engineers and 3-5 QAs, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Scrum-based project management for the development teams.

- Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality goals are met.

- Collaborate with customer and business teams to define and prioritize work.

- Drive all scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog conversion, and retrospectives.

- Translate product specs into sprint-ready user stories and work items.

- Provide technical guidance for engineers working on enterprise level web-based server applications.

- Own engineering delivery across modules with hands-on involvement.

- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, deployment, and documentation.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Requirements :

- 610 years of experience in software development (preferably web/SaaS).

- Experience leading 410 member teams in an Agile environment.

- Strong Agile expertise Hands-on experience in Scrum frameworks.

- Technical depth Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, databases and cloud.

- Proven experience in managing high-performance software teams in startups or dynamic environments.

- Great people skills Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead teams effectively.

- Strong problem-solving and risk management mindset.

- Solid understanding of software architecture and application workflows.

- Familiarity with Linux Systems, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, cloud platforms, new developments in AI is a plus.

Bonus : BA or dev background, exposure to healthcare domain or product startups.
