Key Responsibilities :

- Manage a team and provide leadership to drive product implementation for high-value clients, starting from Requirement collection to User Acceptance testing, Go live, and immediate post-go-live support

- Build and manage relationships at multiple levels of client organizations, from frontline staff to C-level stakeholders during the implementation project.

- Facilitate client demos and analyze business requirements covering various functional scenarios and client-specific use cases.

- Own the project documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and support documents.

- Define and manage the timeline for the project, in line with the client's expectations

- Manage task delivery with the help of a team of QA and Implementation Engineers

- Contribute technical and functional guidance to Implementation engineers and occasionally gets hands-on with tasks if necessary.

- Provide Key User Training and support the client to ensure sign-off at each milestone as per the project plan

- Led a team of QAs to test all aspects of the product including functionality and performance for regular releases

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in testing web applications in an agile environment.

- Experience leading a team of QAs

- Experience using project management tools

- Solid understanding of web architecture, standards, databases, and computer networks.

- Preference will be given to candidates from Computer Science background.

- Quick learner who can pick up the healthcare IT domain and new product features.

- Excellent in communication with good leadership qualities
