About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead complex IT projects and ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Project Management and Quality Assurance (QA), proven expertise in driving AI-powered initiatives, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT projects across multiple domains.

- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Apply Generative AI tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, and business stakeholders) to ensure alignment with client objectives.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and delivery updates.

- Mentor and guide project managers, QA leads, and delivery teams to foster professional growth and performance excellence.

- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

Education :

- B.E./B. Tech or M. Tech/M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or a related technical field. (PhD is a plus)

Experience :

- 9+ years of experience in technical project or program management.

- 3+ years leading end-to-end GenAI or ML/AI platform projects in production environments.

- Proven success in delivering scalable GenAI/ML systems using modern cloud and container technologies.

Technical Proficiency :

- Python (required), R (optional), basic Java familiarity (bonus)

- Hugging Face, LangChain, Diffusers, LLaMA/GPT, OpenAI APIs

- FastAPI, TorchServe, NVIDIA Triton, gRPC

- AWS (SageMaker, EKS), GCP (Vertex AI, GKE), Azure (Azure ML, AKS)

- MLflow, Kubeflow, GitHub Actions, Helm, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins

- Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, A/B Testing, Feature Stores, Model Monitoring

- JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, GitHub, Slack, Lucidchart

Soft Skills :

- Strong technical writing, architectural communication, and documentation ability

- Ability to translate model metrics, SLAs, and data architecture for executive and business stakeholders

- Excellent decision-making under ambiguity and time constraints

- Leadership and mentoring mindset with a deep understanding of software engineering best practices
